LO4- Storyboards.

What is the purpose of a storyboard?

a story board is used as a pre- production document which portrays the events taking place within a video form of media. They consist of a photo displaying what the shot is supposed to look like as well as a caption which displays dialogue as well as the type of sot and any transitions being used for the scene. story boards are essential for camera people who need to know what shots to use as that they are highly unlikely to be filming in order.

Why do the team prepare the script before the storyboard?

The storyboard would be prepared after the script as that the storyboard is meant to show the scenes as they are filmed including dialogue.
